Our Executive Team drives the mission of LEAD Community Foundation by providing strategic leadership, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring all initiatives align with our vision for mentally healthy communities. They work collaboratively with the Board, Brand Ambassadors, volunteers, and partners to sustain growth, strengthen impact, and uphold LEAD’s core values.
EXECUTIVES

Kelvin Opiepie
Executive Director
Kelvin Opiepie is the Founder of LEAD Community Foundation and He serves as a Lived Experience Advisor to international research initiatives with MQ Mental Health Research, King’s College London, and the GALENOS Project (UK), and contributes to global journals and high-impact research, including work with The Lancet Psychiatry on post-COVID-19 mental health policy.

Elijah Ebruphiyo
Director of Governance and Executive Affairs
An administrative and organizational development professional with 7+ years of experience helping leaders build efficient people-centered systems. An award-winning LEAD executive, recognized for excellence in roles including Recruitment & Development Lead.

Maryam Adesina
Counseling Officer
Maryam Adesina is a passionate mental health advocate, trained Guidance and Counseling professional, Psychological First Aider and Project Manager. With years of experience leading mental health outreaches, webinars, and counseling sessions, she has supported individuals, especially youth and underserved communities.

Marvis Egwu
Executive Coordinator
A project manager and people development professional with experience across religious, social and corporate projects. He has completed numerous projects at LEAD including the LEAD International Conference 2023 and 2024.

Blessed Eseigbe
Director of Operations
Blessed holds a degree in Health, Safety, and Environmental Education from the University of Benin and certifications in leadership, mental health first aid, psychological first aid, suicide prevention, and workplace safety. He is dedicated to promoting mental health literacy and inclusive learning.

Emmanuel Okoye
Director of Media and Communications
Emmanuel Okoye is a Digital Marketer specializing in inbound marketing, social media, content creation, copywriting, storytelling, and graphic design. He crafts strategies and visuals that engage audiences, elevate brands, and create memorable digital experiences.

Precious Asanimor
Assistant Director of Operations
