Trina Kennedy, BAHSA, RSW

I’m a heart-led changemaker with over 30 years as a Registered Social Worker, coach, trainer, and speaker. My vision is to create a global community where individuals feel safe in their nervous system, strengthen their wellbeing, and step into their greatness.

I know what it takes to rise through struggle both personally and professionally. From overcoming trauma to crossing the finish line of an Ironman triathlon, resilience has been at the core of my journey. In 2024, I released my award-winning debut book, From Trauma to Triumph and What Lies Between, which quickly reached #2 on Amazon. I also contributed to She Thrives: Navigating Health, Hormones and Healing, a collaboration of 22 women sharing wisdom for women to thrive.

Through my Women-Centered Coaching, workshops, and the Wellbeing Bank Account framework, I support people in breaking through barriers, building resilience, and creating lives filled with meaning and possibility.

Together, we rise, healing, growing, and unlocking the greatness within.
